Singapore : The Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) are exploring a trading and clearing link for both their derivatives markets. They will initially focus on Japanese government bonds and products related to the index of the Tokyo bourse.

Australia and NZ shares down; Qantas up 
SYDNEY, Dec 1 (Reuters) – Australian shares eased 0.3 percent on Friday, led by banks, but gold miners such as Newcrest Mining Ltd. NCM.AX gained on strong bullion prices while Qantas Airways Ltd. QAN.AX rose on a profit upgrade.

Singapore (XFN-ASIA) – Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX) said it will extend the trading hours of its derivatives market to 10.55 pm Singapore time with effect from December 11.
